FONES – Friends of North Elmham School are a very small group of parents, teachers, local community members who try to raise funds for the pupils at North Elmham School. We work together as a committee and team to organise fun events to raise money.

All current members are displayed on the notice board outside and the funds raised are greatly appreciated by the school.

Last year we managed to raise a lot of money and it would be great if we could equal or surpass the amount. As always we are immensely grateful to all those who donated to our causes.

The funds we raise are greatly appreciated and subsidise some school trips, new equipment, support extra-curricular activities and the main aim this year is to reach the library refurbishment target all for the benefit of the children.

Some of the ways we use to boost funding – Christmas Fayre, Pottery, Discos, Bingo Night, Summer Fete, Sponsored Walk, Raise money day at school, Bikeathon, Film night, Book sales, Recycle clothes, Cake and Icecream sales and donations local community groups. We also have a parent who works for a bank and can match fund an event so we double our profit.
